Are there any ongoing costs to run the BlueBroadcaster software?

No. Apart from the initial cost, there are no ongoing costs whatsoever to running BlueBroadcaster products and the price where applicable includes worldwide shipping and a hi spec Windows compatible 150 metre ‘plug and play’ Bluetooth® transmitter.

What is the difference between BlueBroadcaster and all the other Bluetooth® products?

All BlueBroadcaster products are continually being developed and improved on an ongoing basis. The products have been tested and are carefully crafted to cater to the Bluetooth® marketing world so that they are able to ensure successful campaigns for whoever requires them. In addition to that, Fantastic Media also know a thing or two about mobiles, the mobile market and mobile content. So we not only ensure that we deliver on great products, we also ensure that our customers get the very best advice on how to improve their marketing campaigns, or what kind of new interactive content they can easily afford within their budget.

Can I change the content on BlueBroadcaster?

Of course you can, in fact there are no restrictions on the kind of content you can send or the quantity. Still or animated images like Gifs or Jpegs, or video content like TV ads and YouTube videos. Interactive call to action content through Java or a Wap Push link could also take your customers to your existing web site or a bespoke mobile web site that we could easily build for you. You can also send MP3 music files or WAV narrative sound files. Content is King and it can all be sent using BlueBroadcaster Bluetooth® Marketing products.

Can I change the content remotely?

Absolutely. As long as your computer has an internet connection then you can log in update or check your stats just as if you are sitting in front of it.

Can I use Photo Shop to create my own adverts?

Absolutely in fact you can create your content in just about any desktop publishing software that's currently available. Photo Shop, Fireworks or Serif is absolutely fine. You can also create very effective Bluetooth® text messages in Windows Notepad.

Is there any limitation on what you can send?

No, however we advise our customers that all content has a size and weight associated with it so the smaller the file your sending the more chance you have of it being received by a recipients mobile. We like to advise our customers that if your sending a Jpeg or Gif file, then it should be around a 256 x 256 pixel size and around a 500 Kb in weight to ensure that it will be easily accepted and readable on most mobiles.

How often can I change the message I send?

You can change the message as often as you like, there are no sending restrictions with any of our products whatsoever and in addition to that our advanced software versions also have content schedulers so you not only can load multiple messages at once, you can also set them at different times of the day, week or month.

Does it cost to send or receive messages?

No. BlueBroadcaster uses Bluetooth® technology so there is no charge for either sending or receiving messages. Your not charged for sending content to your customers and your customers are not charged for receiving messages from you no matter how many you send or for how long you send them. Its all absolutely free!

Can I continue using my PC after I install BlueBroadcaster?

Of course, in fact BlueBroadcaster products are so advanced that they use less than 20% of your overall CPU capability even when your application has been running for weeks on end with more than 100,000 mobiles in its memory! The application can be minimised to run on your PC in the background - allowing you to get on with whatever else your doing without interrupting your Bluetooth® Marketing campaign.

Is BlueBroadcaster portable?

Absolutely, in fact our new BlueBroadcaster mobile product is so portable that it downloads onto your own mobile phone and fits in your pocket! All other BlueBroadcaster software products are Windows compatible so they will install onto your laptop.

How can I measure the return on my investment

BlueBroadcaster software will pay for itself in the first hours of its use because as soon as you start using it it successfully sends your content and business card immediately. When you compare BlueBroadcaster products against other advertising mediums like magazines or newspapers for example, then BlueBroadcaster Bluetooth® marketing products really do stand out. You are not restricted by having to advertise in a single publication or issue nor are you tied to using traditional printed advertising.

Could I use it anywhere in the world?

Absolutely, Bluetooth® Marketing is a technology that utilises the Bluetooth® bandwidth which is available in every country in the world. You can take your BlueBroadcaster products abroad with you and use it in whatever country your visiting or based.

Once an offer has been sent to a mobile does it continue to send to the same mobile?

No. BlueBroadcaster products are all permission based and they will exclude any device that has declined your content. Once a mobile has declined the initial alert, the software will not attempt to re contact that device. Our more advanced versions include device class and individual device barring functionality too if you want to permanently exclude devices from your campaigns.
